Pneumatic fittings connect compressed air components — compressors, valves, actuators, cylinders, and tools — into a complete, leak-free pneumatic system. LBow Network Solutions supplies a comprehensive range of pneumatic fittings suitable for PU tubing, nylon tubing, and metal tube pneumatic circuits.

Our pneumatic fitting range includes push-to-connect (push-in) fittings for quick toolless assembly with PU and nylon tubing, compression fittings for metal tube and high-vibration applications, and threaded adapters for connecting pneumatic components to the compressed air distribution network. Fitting bodies are available in brass, aluminium alloy, and nickel-plated brass.

Push-to-connect pneumatic fittings are ideal for machine-building and automation applications where frequent connections and disconnections are required. The spring-loaded collet grips the tube on insertion and releases with a push on the release ring. One-touch fittings dramatically reduce assembly time compared to compression fittings.

Pneumatic fittings are used throughout factory compressed air systems — from the main air receiver and compressor outlet, through the distribution ring main, to individual machine drops and tool connection points. Selecting the correct fitting type and size is critical for maintaining system pressure and preventing air leaks, which represent a direct energy cost.
